- Compatibility with existing HVAC systems or infrastructure.–Compatible
- Installation Requirements:
-
- Electrical requirements (voltage, phase, current).—-220V/50HZ
- Physical space considerations for indoor and outdoor units.–1.The area around the unit should be kept dry, clean and well ventilated. 2. Do not place any objects at the fan discharge port to avoid poor air exhaust. 3. There must be no obstructions within 0.3 meters outside each air inlet to prevent the air from being blocked.
- smooth.
- Maintenance:
-
- Recommended maintenance tasks and schedules for optimal performance.-Once per year.
- Filter replacement frequency.-Once per year.
- Inspection intervals for components such as coils, fans, and compressors.-Once per year.
Things to note when using air source heat pump systems
- Before starting the machine, check that the power supply specifications on the nameplate must match the actual power supply.
- After the unit is started, the operating voltage must be measured. If the voltage is unstable, a voltage stabilizer must be installed.
- The air in the pipeline must be drained, otherwise it will lead to abnormal circulation and high-pressure failure.
- The area around the unit should be kept dry, clean, and well ventilated.
- The unit radiator should be cleaned once a year to maintain good heat dissipation effect.
- A water filter must be installed for the water inlet of the unit to prevent debris from clogging the heat exchanger.
- Do not place any objects at the fan discharge port to avoid poor ventilation.
- There should be no obstructions within 0.3 meters outside each air inlet to avoid poor air intake.
- Do not put sticks and other objects into the wind wheel mouth, and do not step on or sit on the machine casing.
- Do not cut off the power supply during short-term shutdown in winter so that the unit can activate the anti-freeze function.
- If the unit is installed in a place prone to lightning strikes, be sure to take lightning protection measures.
- If the ambient temperature is lower than -2℃ and the unit needs to be stopped, the water in the heat exchanger should be drained to avoid freezing and cracking of the unit pipelines. If the unit is damaged as a result, it will not be covered by the warranty.
Things to note when installing air source heat pumps system
- Operation and maintenance management of collectors
Antifreeze: Keep water flowing when the ambient temperature is 5°C lower: keep the heating tape started to prevent pipes from freezing and cracking; ensure that there is sufficient water temperature in the water tank to maintain active antifreeze requirements.
2 Maintenance: Regularly check whether the vacuum tube is damaged and replace it with a new one: regularly clean or flush the dust on the surface of the vacuum tube to ensure light transmittance.
Operation and maintenance management of water pumps
- Before operation: The water pump and water inlet pipe should be completely filled with water. During the water filling process, pay attention to exhaust.
- After operation: Check whether the rotation direction of the pump shaft is correct and whether the rotation of the pump shaft is flexible.
- During operation: Check whether the motor has an excessively high temperature, whether there is any odor, and whether there is abnormal sound and vibration. After the water supply and power are cut off, promptly check whether the water pump has air intake and exhaust.
- Maintenance: Clean and inspect the water pump once a year, replace the shaft seal as appropriate, remove rust and paint the surface of the pump body once a year, and check whether the rain cover of the water pump is damaged.
Operation and maintenance management of automatic control
- Parameter inspection: Maintenance and repair personnel regularly conduct patrols to check operating parameters, collector temperature, return water temperature, antifreeze temperature, water tank temperature, water tank water level, water pump and electric cargo valve switching status, etc., and understand the collector through monitoring Check whether it is overheated or frozen, find out if there is a fault in time, and eliminate hidden dangers in a timely manner.
- Data summary: Save the data recorded manually every time, and summarize the data regularly and bind it into a book.
- Maintenance: Check whether the connecting wires are damaged or aged, whether the welding points are open or weak, whether the fastening screws are loose, and whether the connecting terminals are oxidized.
- Operation, maintenance and management of electric pavement heating
1 Before operation: Check whether the water tank has sufficient safe water level, and the opening and closing status of the power circuit breaker and AC contactor are correct.
2 Maintenance: Check whether there is scale on the electric heater, whether the wires are aged, whether the connections are loose, etc.
Maintenance of pipelines, water tanks and accessories
1 Regularly check whether the pipe insulation layer is damaged to ensure the insulation of the pipe:
- Check the sealing and scaling of the water tank, repair and remove them in time:
- Keep the valve clean to prevent rust and seizure, and repair and replace it in time if there is any problem.
